About Me...

My photo
Renee
One of my favorite things in life is sharing with others. Sharing my joys, my time, my talents. I have a wonderful large family that keeps me grounded and allows me to stay busy in so many different ways. While quilting is very much a social hobby, I enjoy the solitary time I spend quilting. No TV, no music, just me and my thoughts. Sometimes my mind is focused on the task at hand, other times it is wandering through so many different thoughts and ideas, that I surprise myself and wonder 'where did that come from'. Quilting brings me peace as well as joy. My quilts have been displayed in galleries in New York City; Charleston, South Carolina; Valley Forge, PA; Old Forge, Larchmont, Pelham and New Rochelle, NY; as well as Manchester, NH and Burlington, VT. They have been juried into quilt shows and have won numerous ribbons, mostly in art quilt categories, including Viewers Choice, Best Applique and Most Innovative Quilting Style. I hope you enjoy your visit. Stop by my online gallery, to see more of my work. Come back soon!
